I need some websites on what people took on the ship when traveling to the New World?

I am woking on a project and in need of websites that tell what people took on board when they left their homeland (europe) in the 1600's.


An example would include the mayflower or more specifically the crew that left to establish jamestown

The most important items were tools made of metal. Clothing probably came next. They also brought trinkets to trade with the natives, but the natives greatly preferred tools: axes and so on.





There's a great book, "Jamestown" that I recommend highly.
