Here you go. Now you cut and paste.
Reply:That is ENGLAND...
Reply:Duncan has the most complete answer; they were headed for Jamestown or New York but currents set them north ; they touched at Provencetown on the Cape but couldn't afford the prices and, being somewhat straight laced, found the area just too gay; they then landed at Logan Airport, took the Ted Williams Tunnel into town,( this was before the ceiling panels started falling) and settled in a large open field they called Fenway Park....the first winter they killed a large Tyrannosaurus and feasted on him all that season, and called the area where they had the dining hall "The Green Monster"
Reply:Plymouth rock in Plymouth mass.
Reply:They were given permission, by England, to settle in New York, along the Hudson river, but instead landed in Provincetown on the tip of Cape Cod, but were immediately attacked by indians and continued to Plymouth Mass, where they settled and were in constant fear of losing there land because they settled in the wrong area. They later discovered Boston Harbor and knew that would be a better place but had already built their homes in Plymouth.

Oh, I believe they sailed from Holland to settle in the New World.
Reply:I think the Plymouth rock thing is a myth that we have all agreed to call a fact.
